Refill Bottles
Implementation of a new hygiene protocol for refillable pump dispensers 
New refill process requires the stickering of the pump dispensers by housekeeping to ensure a match of the batch code and the expire date with the liquid from the refill container.
- bottles must be filled in a clean environment, on a flat surface that is easy to clean.
- it is recommended to change the pump every 6 months.
- each refill must be recorded with the name and date of the person responsible.
INSTRUCTIONS
- wear a mask when refilling
- wash your hands and wear gloves
- disinfect the work surface
- place the bottle on a flat surface
- disinfect the bottle
- unscrew the pump from the bottle and place upside down
- CAUTION: do not allow the pump tube to come into contact with the working surface
- add the product to the bottle
- make sure that there is enough space in the bottle to allow the pump to be turned backwards without overflowing.
- clean the bottle
- add the batch code/best before date label to the back or bottom of the bottle.
